This is so right! TV watching with mindless wine-refilling (which usually leads to mindless snacking) is definitely one of my stumbling blocks! Focus for December is being mindful and living in the moment instead of refilling in the moment :smiley:

Someone posted once (I think a few months back) to trick your brain by using the glass of the beverage you want for your NA drink. Oof. May was as rough as I anticipated and did not stick to my goals at all. Kind of hard to keep myself motivated when I'm constantly restarting but as the alternative is giving up...I just need to find what fits.
