I would be interested to see if a group like this can push me out of my ditch! I'm stuck! I go 2 lbs down then 2 lbs back up. Over and over. So, I'm curious to see if a different mindset like a group setting with challenges would help me out of the rut. So, yeah. I'm in too.

I am stuck as well. I have added a protein shake to my routine and it does help the hunger, but my weight is still stuck. I'm listening to your advice if you don't mind. :)

Hi, I'm Jen. I am obese too. I am about to turn 50 and I think my weight loss has just stopped dead in its tracks. Maybe a nutritionist is a good idea. I'm scheduled to see one in April. I haven't given completely up yet. I still log my food and watch what I eat and exercise. I see that you are still plugging away at it…

A bag of Chia seeds. I put them in my steel-cut oatmeal along with dried cranberries for breakfast.

Hi! I'm pretty new myself. Maybe we can be new together. :)

Hope_bay74 - Hi. I have used a C-pap for roughly 5-6 years. It does get easier to use after a while. I had extreme sleep apnea. I was waking up 147 times an hour! I'm currently at an average of 3.5 episodes per night which is a vast improvement. Plus my oxygen levels went from 50% - 98%! Anyway, I too have the goal of…

KirstyBabesX - I am in a similar weight loss situation as you are. I keep rocking back and forth between 191 lbs and194 lbs. I feel stuck. So, while I can't offer you any magical or professional advice, I can offer you support. So," way to go" on what you've lost already! And hang in there! <3

My meal tracker tells me that I need to eat more. My calorie count is always low. Plus I noticed that I need to up my protein and good fat intake and reduce my sugar just a smidge.

I've only been doing the 16/8 IF for about 3 weeks. it seems to be going pretty well. I read a magazine-style book on the subject called The Complete Guide To Intermittent Fasting by Centennial Media. I really enjoyed it. The book seemed to explain the different types of IF well. I was then able to make an informed…

Hi I'm Jen. I am a former Sparkpeople member. I'm a wife, a mom, & a cat mom. I am very new to this app and am getting a little lost here and there. I have about 70ish lbs to lose. I hope this time I can do it. Also, can someone tell me how to friend request someone, please? Thanks!

Hi! I can't lie I have more than 50 lbs to lose, but less than 100. So, I think I'm close enough, lol. I am a beginner at intermittent fasting, but so far so good. Baby steps. I workout at least 3 days a week, 4 if my fibromyalgia allows. I'm looking for support and friendship. :)

I do. I should say that I'm a beginner. I go 16:8. This means I can eat within an 8-hour window and fast for 16 hours.

How do I go about just replying to a message? I can't figure it out. Help.
