I am in a similar situation. My heaviest was around 350 and now Im at 250. My weight loss has stalled for over a year now. I want to use this app to make accountability buddies and lose the 120 pounds I need to go left. Almost half way there!

My weight has been at a standstill for several months. I guess it's nice to be maintaining but I have been trying to lose. My clothes feel looser but the scale hasn't moved in a while. Im having some health issue so I might have to partially drop out. I still want to be accountable for exercise and the quality of the food but I think I need to back off from controlling the quantity to a degree. The doctor says I need to eat more. I lost 112 pounds so far but I had hoped to lose more weight and go faster.

Thank you for your responses. I will get a glucose test kit to better guage whats going on. I think I'll adjust my calorie goal for now to a bit higher and see how that works. I live in China so its the evening of March 1st now. Im a day ahead. I did couch to 5k run-walk for 30 minutes I stayed under my calorie goal for the day and logged everything. I cooked all my meals today (although some were not very tasty... trying out new recipes)
