Eat small portions, more often. Don’t eat after 6pm, keep a balanced diet of carbs and protein and don’t overfill on foods you think are healthy. Mix it up but keep the calories to 1500 a day as a minimum so your body’s metabolism ticks over nicely. Eating less will reduce your metabolism and you’ll not lose the weight.…

I can’t sleep if i have clothes on, it’s just not comfortable for me….. however there has been one or two occasions where I’ve slept OK with just socks.

This is a great way to do it…. I’ve only recently started MFP and tracking my diet, it’s amazing how little some foods do for you, and how much others can. I’ve made some huge changes and still eating foods I enjoy, but now they’re packed with the nutrients I should be getting more of rather than wasting my daily calories…

It’s tough trying to gain weight when your body has programmed itself to stay slender and petite. I was the same up until my mid 20’s, but it was a change in work and daily activities that brought it on. Are you in an active job? Is your calorie intake above the daily recommended?
