I didn't really understand this issue as a big thing, even though I often fall a bit short - until I noticed some of the big numbers. I have just discovered overnight oats so when I remember, I have those, usually warm. Lots of recipes online. When I select complete diary at the end of the day instead of the 'if you continue lile this in 5 weeks you will weigh' info you will get a note saying you are likely not eating enough. I have an allowance of 1200, don't know if that's relevant.

I'm VERY new to this app, but not being able to search the recipes by main ingredient (ie chicken) I find a real drawback. Mind you, I'm on my computer now, so maybe it's better than my phone.

Yesterday, I sorted through my underwear drawer as my knickers had started to creep down my bottom.
