Been on and off here for a few years , with success for the most part. Some health issues have sidelined me, one potentially life threatening; not necessarily but until I hear otherwise,it's ๐๐ผ I'm not going down without a fight. Even if it is,like Tom Petty says..I'll go down..."swingin'"

I'm resetting my goal for July. Running isn't gonna happen. I finally got around to getting new runners and went for a jog around the block; I was too sore during and after. I'm changing it to a step goal. June was 450,000 steps.... July will be a real challenge: 600,000 steps!! Week 1: 113,744 steps
