I'm resetting my goal for July. Running isn't gonna happen. I finally got around to getting new runners and went for a jog around the block; I was too sore during and after. I'm changing it to a step goal. June was 450,000 steps.... July will be a real challenge: 600,000 steps!! Week 1: 113,744 steps
