I'm stuck at a commercial gym and the crowds are really aggravating to deal with. Ppl camp on equipment, they use their phones and take up time. Not to mention, they've started letting 12 yr olds into the club so they run around like its day camp. They've caused ppl to drop their weights and the management will not do…

I don't think you can get specific diabetic diet thru this app (I could be wrong) You can however control your macro through the setting. You'll need to figure out your goals for your Cal, carbs, fats and proteins needed in your daily diet. I think the premium MFP gives you a lot more options.

Seek help form a registered dietitian. They will give you a plan and most insurance co. cover it.

That really sucks, sorry that your dealing with that. I would ask him while he's out if he would recommend some one else to fill in until he gets back? He should probably not be compensated since he's not coaching you right now.

High fat low carb is a keto diet if you want to look that up. I don't do keto but I have to watch my carb intake so I tend to seek healthy fats. I would suggest a healthy balance because keto can lead to ketosis. Good luck!

Lucky! I've been dreaming of what I would have in my personal gym when I do have more room for one. I highly recommend a cable machine. They are very versatile!

I suggest lower weight/ more reps for ppl changing or starting new routines. Also, slow down the motion, I see a lot of people doing the motion but not concentrating on what muscle group they are targeting. Diet is also a big one, eat well and look at amino acids in supp. They help muscle aches.
