Thank You. Today is the 1 year anniversary of her diagnosis. I'm definitely feeling the mental toll this week. I am proud of myself for keeping up with the exercise routines all week. I did gain a few more ounces again today, but it'll probably start coming off in the next few days.

I have done horribly this month. Tomorrow is the 1 year anniversary of us finding out my daughter had cancer, so I think I'm mentally checked out. However, I did start exercising more this week. Is it normal to gain a pound or two when you first start working out? 7/10 - 273
