  • Also, I am in remission from bulimia I had mostly between the ages of 13 and 23 (I'm 51 now). The meds don't trigger relapse, they help me stay in remission.

  • Hi Kathleen, love your post! I lived in Alberta for 9 years, both Calgary and Lethbridge. Both my husband and I are dual U.S/Canadians. We're in Virginia again right now to be closer to my mom.   • Yep, it was just consistency. Tracked my food every day, and just strung together lots of good decisions. I added fitness when I got around 210 pounds, but it was all diet prior to that. Just good old fashioned diet and exercise! I basically took it one meal at a time, always pre-tracked. It all adds up! 😀
