Ahhh, Sundays! Yesterday was game 🏈 day! It was a beautiful afternoon and we won! I got in lots of extra steps out of necessity (stadium stairs, bathroom trips 😂) - it was hot and I drank lots of water.

I do not have regular access to a pool unless I join the YWCA or a city facility and the fees for that don't warrant the number of times I could use it, plus I am already paying for weekly physiotherapy and acupuncture. Tomorrow is a trip to a nearby Mineral Spa for one night with my son. We soak our aching joints in the mineral waters 3 or 4 times over 2 days and I use the time in the pool to exercise my joints and do my stretching exercises too. I know when I have done a good job because I’m a little sore on Monday 😆 . Plus it’s good…

Man, this week is just flying by. I’m very busy at work and covering for the boss. His wife took a turn for the worse today and he is not doing well. I’m able to stick to the program though 👍🏻

I love my Apple Watch. It just told me that on average I am doing 4,180 steps/day this month compared to 3,973/day last month. Not bad for someone with bad hips and a cane eh? 😂

Hi folks :) I'm ecstatic - I got in 2,367 more steps in yesterday going to the football game. Because of my hips I am somewhat limited to what kind of exercise I can do so today I completed a 20 minute seated upper body workout.
