I’m bored and stressed and I can’t stop eating 😞 Even though I know grazing constantly like that makes me feel worse physically (stomachache) and mentally (I beat myself up for self-sabotaging).

On the other hand, boo for having to work extra hours to complete an extremely tedious task. I’ll try and just focus on the positive of the extra money.

I’ve been working with a nutritionist and it’s been helping a little. For me gaining weight has definitely been a long, hard road to walk though… good luck.

Just finished “The Gunslinger” by Stephen King. First of the Dark Tower series. And what a series it is. Plan to start Book 2 tomorrow.
