Here is my step count Thursday - 16,952 Friday - 12,084 Saturday - 8,782 Sunday - 15,837 Monday - 20,356 Tuesday - 10,780 I am really trying to push myself with the walking. I really am enjoying it at the moment. I think I will increase my goal next month to push me to walk a little bit further.

Weigh in - Previous Weight: 224.6 Current Weight: 225.4 I was very good with my tracking this week at all, so I will take the weight gain this week. I did manage some exercise this week but not as much as normal, due to the weather.

I think I am trying to do too much at once! But yesterday was a good day. I will work on making the right nutrition choices and drinking more water, when I manage to do that I was add in more exercise. One step at a time. Thank you for your help!!
