I switched my goal to maintenance on my second day on the app :D For my peronality, it's not good to see a glaring red number if I go even 1kcal over my goal (makes me feel like I need to punish myself or something). Now I just make sure that I have around 500kcal remaining from my maintenance calories by the of the dayโฆ
