  • Same here! I finally gave up on WW after about 8 years. I hadn't lost anything for the last couple of years, even after changing it up and trying new things. Nothing seemed to work anymore. I feel like we have a little more freedom on MFP. I've been here for about a month and really like it, so far! I'm down 2.6, which…
  • Hi Allyson! Welcome to MFP! I've been here a month and really like it. I'd like to lose all the weight I gained back in the last couple of years. I was a weight watcher for years and it just wasn't working for me anymore. I need to stay healthy for my 3 littles and hubby. 😁 Feel free to add me!
  • @Italianma7 I just got this message because I haven't figured out how to use this site yet. 😂 I am not sure how to add people or I would add you. 😏
  • Burpees. I don't know why but I hate them. 🤣
  • Mine was doubling my exercises everyday, until yesterday, but it seems to have fixed itself now. I'm thinking MFP might have been having technical issues.
  • I had a Fitbit for a few years but switched to Samsung Active 2. I have to say that after having my Samsung for almost 2 years, I like it much better than Fitbit. Of course, having a Samsung phone helps. 😏 Every Fitbit I had broke within a year and a half...
  • Hi! I'm Sunny and new to MFP. I'm looking for something to challenge me! I'm a stay at home mama of 3 littles (4, 6, and 7). I need to stay healthy for my kiddos and awesome hubby. I love to be active, and it's easier without a lot of excess weight! I would like to lose at least 1 lb/week, which I know is possible. I'm a…
  • I'm actually going through this now, too. My doctor told me to rest it and don't lift over 10 lbs. I'm really missing my strength training. Apparently, tennis elbow can last for up to 12 months. Mine has lasted for about 3 months and it's extremely annoying. I would suggest googling exercises to help it heal. I've been…
  • I use Beachbody on demand but I've tried many YouTube workouts. Try a search for whatever workout you'd like and see what's out there. That's how I usually do it. I like to change it up a bit. I get bored with the same thing everyday. 🙂
  • Mine isn't super exciting. I honestly just got sick of looking at myself in the mirror and being tired all the time. I decided to get really serious after I saw some pictures of me and realized that I had hit 200 lb... definitely my AH- HA moment. I did lose 40 lbs a few years ago on Weight Watchers but I've gained about…
  • Hi! I'm not necessarily starting again but I am reevaluating what I've been doing since it hasn't been working. I'm on day three and so far I really like this program. I just quit Weight Watchers after 6 years (my second time around) and I'm excited about MFP! I'm always looking for an accountability partner. Feel free to…
  • Hi! I'm right there with ya! I lost 40 lb a few years ago and have gained 20 lb back (WW). I think we've made the right decision to join MFP. 💪🏻
  • Congrats on the 3.8 lbs loss! I'm also new to the program. Welcome to MFP
  • You're here! That takes courage. Getting started is always the most difficult. You should be proud that you are recognizing it and going to do something about it. I have faith that you will be successful. Weight loss is a mind game. If you can get your head in the game, it will work. 🙂
  • I'm in my first week and I'm trying to be better, too! 😏
  • Hi! I just quit WW the other day because I really don't like the new plan. It wasnt doing anything for me anymore. Feel free to add me!
