slstover35, have you tried Magnesium Glycinate? I was really struggling to get to sleep because of tinitus and it has really helped me fall asleep faster and sleep longer through the night. I still wake up to go to the bathroom in the night, but I'm able to go back to sleep really quickly. Blessings, Bonnie
