I was up .7 in my weight. After having a good heart-to-heart with myself, I realized that "eyeing" my food and guessing the serving is not working. Today I measured everything I ate! What worked for me today was taking a fresh fruit salad and carrot chips to a pool party and eat that instead of the unhealthier choices that were there. Felt really good about that decision.
