My name is Sarah. I have been a runner since high school, but now that I’m in my 40s - I’m having a little trouble staying motivated. I recently discovered trail running, so I’m hoping to get in shape to run an ultra marathon soon! I love running early in the morning before the sun comes up when the world is still quiet.
