It probably seems really trivial to the devs, but the fact that my exercises etc are posted without further thought or action needed on my end has been really helping me stay consistent. No one is going to all their friends' activity feeds one by one every day to comment on them, but giving a like when you first open the…

Over 10 years now, but only started being consistent when I added some friends a year ago. Seeing everyone's activity in one place when you open the app has been really motivating.

The news feed is one of the best and most motivating parts of the app... There are so many other ways to simply log food but I've stuck with MFP mainly because of the custom feed. The forum isn't a good replacement. :(

Hello old and new friends! 👋 Sad to see one of the most motivating parts of MFP go, hopefully we can keep cheering each other on here.

This is so true! I definitely had no idea what I looked like, and my tendency to avoid mirrors/pictures didn't help either. Thank you for the link, that's so helpful! My big wakeup call was seeing a Youtuber who used to be the same weight/height/build as me, and seeing what they looked like at a healthy weight vs the…

It's been a while since my last update, my mini goal was to get my BMI under 30 which I have done! Sitting around 28 right now. The mini goal I've been working towards since then is to get under 80kg and it looks like I'll hit that goal in the next couple of weeks. The past few weeks I've been starting to get some comments…

Done! Normal weight here I come. Food-wise I've been doing really well, but I haven't been walking as much as I would like, so that's what I'll focus on for the next couple of weeks. Will try to do 10k steps a day for a total of 100k by the end of the month.

Can't find my previous post (or rather, I'm too lazy to find it), but I was talking about going swimming again... Which I have been doing! Really enjoying it, and it's even helping a little with my back/neck pain (along with daily walks), so I'm excited to keep it going. The last few weeks I've really been noticing my…

Completed as of last weekend, finally into the double digits!! Next mini-goal will be to reach 97kg, which will mark 25kg lost in total. I'm also going to try to start swimming once a week... Once I get over the fear of wearing a bathing suit 😅

2.6kg to go to be under 100kg... Hoping to reach it before the end of the year!

I'm really close to fitting in my old winter coat again. Hopefully I get to wear it this season!

Fell off the wagon for a while, back on for almost a month but all my previous friends are inactive. So feel free to add me!

I have 15lbs to lose until I'm back at my pre-pandemic weight. Over 20lbs lost so far, long way to go but going in the right direction!
