A little over two weeks in. Logging is so much easier. No more quick add calories, even though I was weighing food. It was easier for me to get back in the habit slowly. For anyone new that happens to read this, keep on going! You can do this.

I’m currently losing weight by diet only because I’m unable to exercise too. Surgery is a big deal! You don’t want to injure yourself more. Find yourself a good book or hobby and four weeks will pass by fast! Hoping for a speedy recovery! You got this!

Increasing my protein and fiber has helped me a lot. I have a package of cookies within easy reach (very bad I know), but I have not had any for a couple days. I’ll probably give it to my kids in a couple more days if I don’t have any, so they don’t go to waste.

I’m tired all the time. I can’t keep up with my very active child. I’m tired of being out of breath walking up the stairs. This weight has got to go bye bye. I think I’m finally at a place mentally to tackle this because I have no more excuses to why I can’t.

I’m 42, a single mother, after 7 years of having no motivation to try to lose weight, I finally feel like I am ready. I signed up for this app again over the weekend to help. I’m also looking for nonjudgmental friends because sometimes I just like to eat.
