01/01: 150.8 01/06: 149.2 I’ve been doing my 2-mile walks daily and my daily cardio/strength (22 mins). I was able to track my food every day.

For 2023 I plan to continue weighing myself every day, walking my 2 mile route in the morning and getting back to doing my daily 22 minute cardio/strength. My goal is to bring my body down to 124 by tracking my food and exercising. For the month of January, my goal is to drop 3 pounds.
