I have been adding chia seeds and an egg white (stirred in once taken off the heat) to my oatmeal and hemp hearts to salads for boosts of protein. I also like the Good โwholeโ % cottage cheese with some berries in it. It does have some fat but also protein. Beans and lentils are a good source of protein too
