Thanks for all the replies! It was mainly because the blender I used had a lot of pulp/thickness I suppose and it was tough to drink! The juice and adding fiber thing makes sense! Ah thanks for the swift reply! Great to know it’s less calories. I’ve been adding a protein / fiber powder to my juices. Is the glycemic index something I should be worried about? Thanks, Christopher
