Hi everyone! I did this challenge for a few months when I first started my weight loss journey back in 2022 and really enjoyed it! Unfortunately, four months in, I broke my foot and spent the next three months in a boot and another two months in recovery and ultimately fell off the wagon. Well, I'm ready to get back at it!β¦
