  • When you enter your exercise for the day, how do you log 30 Day Shred? What category do you list it under?
  • I just started this morning. How do you add it as exercise? I was putting it under circut training last year, when I would do it. I am hoping to have the motivation to stick with it this time. I've never made it more than 3 days in before.
  • So far I've not lost anything, but we'll see what happens next week. That's when I start lifting and I plan on doing the 30 day Shred on the alternate days.

  • I didn't yesterday, but I sure did today! Between lunch and frozen yogurt with my daughter and the sloppy joes, tator tots and brownie that was dinner tonight I went over enough to cringe! But I also didn't do 30 day today. I can't do it now either. It's too close to when I ate and I know I'll puke! Tomorrow it is!
