Hi everyone - excited to join in for another month! I'm 48 years old and I'm 5'1". Today I'm at 233 which makes my loss total from my start weight 12lbs. Slow start, but I'm moving in the right direction now. My goal this month is to get to the gym more - at least 2x a week. It helps that there's a built-in reward forβ¦

Good morning! I won't make my August goal, but I'm pretty happy with the steady progress of the number on the scale going down. I've been doing a lot to try to make myself stronger and better conditioned and even though my loss is less than 5lbs, I think it's starting to show when I do physical activity. I'm pretty happyβ¦
