Total loss for August
Up a little bit from last week, but still down 2.3 pounds for the month. This week's weight is an artifact of recovering from five days of paddling and eating delicious catered meals. We paddled 85 miles. Four of the five days the temperatures were in the upper 90s, and it didn't cool off much at night. I ate like I normally don't, and I am OK with that. I opted to do it, and the resulting pound I added on is not a surprise, but maybe it will flush off as my muscles recover, and my body recovers from so much heat and sun.

So I didn't check in last week, but I did weigh, so added that data. Was on day 6 of my trip, so some travel weight in there.
I've had what has been a close-to-maintenance-intake-week this week (so increased plumbing weight) and based on cycle I've probably got some water weight increase, so between those factors, I really am not sure where I'm at. Getting back to the intake program after this weekend, as long as all goes to plan. Movement has been a major struggle for me so I'm just going to take one thing at a time and go one day at a time. Hopefully I'm through the adjustment period to being back home.

08/12-197.8-(Trend Weight: 199.4)- I have been pretty careful most days as I heal from the surgery. I have not been allowed to get in much movement however but I still managed to drop a bit. My daughter is getting married on Sept 3rd. Lots of planning going on. I am working hard to look my current best (or better). I am very happy, especially, to see my trend weight going down.
08/19-200.0-(Trend Weight: 200.2)- Lots of medical travel this past week and much more to come in the next 3 weeks. Plus, shopping for dΓ©cor etc for my daughterβs wedding Sept 3. It can be tough living in the boonies. Teetering on Onederland again. I hope to reach it by tomorrow.

Morning all,
Clean slate new start 37kgs to drop 46 weeks to do it in to be fabulous at 50 years old.
I have lots of meds and health problems, limited mobility but I'm going for it. Best Wishes and good luck Everyone.

Not the best of weeks with things going on Hospital on Wed cocked up my Calanetics plans, then a huge leak as our stop became disconnected and mains pressure water flooded our home. I was so stressed about the water but also the waste of water in a drout its temporarily fixed till thry can fet a part for it. Its been very stressful but I managed not to binge.Also the TV packed up so I couldn't follow the calanetics video and I want to go back to basics so I had to buy a new TV as well.
I've trapped a nerve in my neck which is hindering me Im going to try and fet the callanetics done this week with my new Telly

Hello all. Here it is late summer and I'm still trying to lose the 8 lbs I put on last holiday season. At 57 I wander if I will ever figure this wt loss thing out. I will keep trying thats for sure.
