Today I need to focus on eating breakfast and not just having coffee. I didn't eat breakfast yesterday and ended up eating more for supper.

Well I accomplished doing the majority of my meal prepping yesterday as planned. Now I’m needing to start the habit for packing my food for the day to take to work with me. It being a Monday I’m struggling just due to not ready to start the work week. The weekends never last long enough!
