  • I've met my step goal of 3000 the past 3 days which is pretty huge for me, since I don't get up and walk much. I work from home as an accountant (spreadsheets all day!), so I'm sitting most of the day. Staying motivated for a lifestyle change. I'm tired to being tired all the time!   • Janie Daily Step goal: 3000 7/31: 3184 Starting off small on daily step goal. Some days I don't even get 1000 steps. I don't have a favorite walking place, as I usually just walk outside in my neighborhood. I'm hoping to start incorporating this into my daily lifestyle.
