  • While losing or maintaining is important it shouldn't be your only focus. This is my 3rd time losing weight and this time I've basically put it on the back burner, Most days I don't even think about how much I eat or if I'm losing weight because it's already sorted out and I just live my life 🤷‍♀️ Much better this way even…
  • In my personal experience 1500 is my sweet spot of being very satisfied while losing. Most days it's like 300 for breakfast, 500 for lunch and 700 for dinner. With that amount basically it's managing portions but you can pretty much eat whatever you want (I don't snack but that's a personal rule obviously)
  • I weighed 138.8 today , so I achieved my goal already :) Next mini goal is 136 so I finally won't be in the overweight category anymore (fingers crossed for the last time ever)
  • 0.2 away from 138! I'm losing very slow on purpose and it's motivating to keep going because it's working and it doesn't feel like a diet at all(I've had ice cream every night for the last week!)
  • I've never had 2 days in a row close enough to tell you :D I go by averages so my weeks intake look up and down and my MFP "prediction" equally all over the place
  • I think it depends on your fat distribution and height too. I'm 5'2 and it takes me about 10 lbs to lose an inch off my waist, but only 4-5 for my hips. I tend to have pretty small bust/waist measurements for my weight though I store everything below that :D
  • I haven't binged in 37 days! I've had a few over my budget days but I wouldn't call them binges so I'm really proud of myself! :)
  • Thank you for the input! I'm pretty sure I'm past the beginning water woosh because I've been at it for over a month and the last 2 weeks have been pretty consistent. I also don't do any workouts but I think in my daily life I'm closer to lightly active than sedentary so I changed my settings to light activity and now I'm…
  • Most days I do a form of intermittent fasting as I only eat 2 large meals a day but it's really just CICO because I find two large meals +coffee/small snack is easier to stick to my budget I use to do low carb but I don't think it really made a difference over just sticking to calories.
