Update: I had to pick up my niece from school and take her to dancing. My mum told me to get a coffee while she was dancing, so I got lunch instead. Reviewing your food diary is also healthy, to see where you could tweak things. I had 25g of butter with my spinach the other day, so I posted about it on the boards, and people recommended cooking it in some water and adding 5g of butter instead. Very helpful!

I went over my food by 2000 or 3000 calories yesterday. Just for today, I will try and eat the food I prepared for myself yesterday, not exercise much and try and have a small dinner with the few calories I have left. I will go to bed at an early hour without a sleeping pill.

Yesterday I had a huge portion of pasta (150g) with spinach and other things and I was full halfway through it, when previously it wasn't as padded out and I could eat 115g of pasta and still be hungry. I am honestly so sick of people in my life telling me that I can't eat treats at all, that counting calories doesn't work, you shouldn't eat back exercise calories etc. Or that I can only eat treats chosen by them.
