Walk for work, walk my dog, rest, drink lots of water, have a serving of vegetables with every meal

That looks beautiful, love the indoor/outdoor flow! I've still gotta hop on pinterest lol.

I have trouble staying within my calories even when I just have a 250 deficit after eating back my exercise calories. How on earth am I supposed to maintain a 1000 calorie deficit everyday without losing my mind?

To be fair, with premium, I like the barcode scanner as well

Mostly weightloss, then muscle gain. I'm female, nearly 34, 5'10 and 110.5kg

To get back into the gym after being sick for over a week, and see if my swimsuit is too big

You are very inspiring!!!

(Haven't tracked calories for a week or so because I've been really sick)

I'm below 110kg 😊

NSV I zipped up my faux leather jacket for the first time since buying it six + months ago!!! There's still a gap of like two inches at the bottom when it's open though. Turns out it's pretty stretchy.

I was more concerned about fitting the chicken calories in as it was getting towards the end of the day. The Delites were already long gone. I did ask if the chicken was healthy, but I was more concerned with how many calories it would have. Also wasn’t sure where to find accurate nutrition information for it.
-
Yes. I want to eat healthier, but I thought the point of counting calories was that you can fit anything into your diary?
-
There wasn’t much chicken. I doubled the weight of what I had because I didn’t weigh it until it was already cooked and figured it lost some liquid. Maybe it was a lot, but the pieces shrunk a lot.

Hey! I agree with the comment about protein, however, I don't always track vegetables. Other people in my family tend to cook dinner, so I will weigh and track the most calorific thing/things and ignore everything else. I also tend to be lazier at the end of the day. One of the problems is, I have no idea what to eat.…

I've finally stayed within my calories after a week of crazy holiday eating

Get back down to 110kg

It would be great if foods were shown in kjs AND calories, side by side. I'm in New Zealand, and most foods nutrition panels are shown in kjs, but it's super annoying working with such a high number. It would be good to have a kj calculator displayed where ever calories are entered so you have both sets of information.…

I won't go over my calories unless I'm hungry, and if I'm hungry, I will eat fruit.

I remember the first time I lost weight, maybe 15 kilos, I was looking great and feeling great. Then I went to this science museum and there was this eight way mirror display you could crawl under and into and I could see myself from 8 angles at once. It was horrible, I saw all of these flaws I didn't know I had. It…

@Lietchi I'm 23% of the way to my weightloss goal unless I choose a higher weight (I am willing to go up to 75kg if I feel good there)
-
@Lietchi Maybe? It's hard when you only lose like 1kg a month and you see other people lose 100kg in a year. From my highest weight I want to lose about half. I feel like I should be losing a kg a week because I still have a long way to go.
-
@Lietchi I am here until Saturday. I might be going for a walk and a swim tomorrow. I think I've gone over by about 2000 calories.

I know I've asked similiar questions and that might look concerning or something, but I tried the search function and it wasn't that helpful, also checked the featured posts and didn't find a similar thread. Also want some good solid answers on why you should restart the next day and how it affects you in the long run. My…

I will walk around the block, walk at least 5000 steps, track my food to the best of my ability and eat small portions of meals that are prepared by other people so I don't have to ask about what they fed me. If I am hungry, I will fill up on fruit. I will drink lots of water.
