I travelled for like five hours with my dad yesterday and we didn't stop for food. We stopped to use the toliet and I went for two walks and three runs! Despite my weight I have discovered that I can run for thirty seconds at a time!

Drove for five hours for a holiday. Had 2 snacks crackers and chocolate. Had mug muffin for breakfast and a chicken sandwich for lunch. Had veges and a keto casserole for dinner and had seconds. Unsure of calories. Still very hungry! This week should be interesting, hopefully I'll still lose weight. This was dinner:

Mine is set at 108g of protein per day and 20% of my daily calories. I don't think I've been hitting it though.

I actually did walk that far! But with a bmi of 35 I probably could have gotten away with less

For the people saying that I need to cut back on calories today to make up for last night, I walked for a few hours this morning and took 600 calories off todays calorie budget, so I am back to a normal eating day :-)

I think I'm just stressed because I'm not used to eating to lose weight over a long period of time, I'm asking if it gets more relaxed over time when you know what to expect.

I mean, when people have an unexpected high calorie day, they just roll with it and pretend it didn't happen, continuing on as usual, not eating less the next day to make up for it.

I've already done that. I have premium and have three high calorie/treat days and four medium calorie days.

It didn't change with the first weightloss, but it did the second time, and I had lost three kilos less. Does that make sense? not sure how else to explain it (which is funny because people constantly tell me to write a book!)

I lost 5kg and my weight didn't change. Went back up to my old weight and lost 2kg and a dress size. So weird! So high weight was 115kg went down to 110kg, nothing, got back to 115kg and lost 2kg and a dress size. I think it happened because I changed the kind of food I was eating, also way less salt.

Nervous because I'm going to my friends house for dinner and I only have 1300 calories left. I have no idea what she will serve me but I know I will eat a lot because her food is DELICIOUS, and I still need to have lunch and snacks. I'm not going to freak out that I can't do more walking (my toes were starting to pinch). I will try and stay within my calories, and if I can't, I'll skip my cheat day tomorrow and eat sensibly. Might even make some pumpkin soup!
