It weighed 69 grams and when I scanned it, it came up as 182 calories but that seems to good to be true.

    I think the 182 would be for 1 of the 4 rolls.

    Not sure what I'm seeing in the picture, but even if it was a blob of pure fat, it would still 'only' be 621 calories.
    I'm guessing there is flour and sugar involved (only 4 kcal per gram). Based on other confectionary foods I've logged, I would guess 200 to 250 calories.

    It would be helpful if you explained what is in the picture. At first I thought I was looking at dinner rolls, but on a closer look I see what might be strawberry filling and cream. Dinner rolls will be considerably less calories than filled donuts.

    Based on other cream/fruit sweet rolls at similar weight, I'd guess around 250 calories, but it matters what the filling is (sugar or noncaloric sweetener, cream or "creme", etc.), and how rich the dough is (butter/eggs).
