  • Same here. I’m eating healthy but need to be more consistent with calorie deficit. It’s just so hard! Need some group support. I need to lose 30 lbs.
  • Joining today as I’m getting back to focusing on my health and weight after turning 50 last week. Late night snacking has been my issue for the past few years 😳 and I need support and structure to kick the habit.
