Ahhhh so does the 10 days start tomorrow ? I just noticed the dates I’ve had 2 ok days so started on Monday , AF and only 200 over my calories But I’ll start tomorrow if that’s they case . Might have to change my goals as I’m out fri-sat staying in a hotel ! So that’s not going to go great !

Lots of walking in the Lake District last week but too much eating and drinking ! So goals are: Try to stay within calories Count exercise calories Weigh in today : 66kg / 145.5lb Thanks everyone !
