lol right? :smile: But yes, I'm working a two-phase goal of the same kind. South Carolina in November, then Costa Rica in November 2024. I want to be able to explore and have the health and energy to enjoy myself. 18 lbs down so far (a loooong way to go lol, but I'm okay with that).

Thank you. I'm not an all or nothing thinker, but that one just threw me. Makes sense the way you put it though. No need for an arbitrary number. I do have fun seeing the nutrients and macros and have been feeling really good about how they are stacking up, but that one had me 🤔 Thank you!
