To get below 109kg then below 105 kg (I have a celebration planned). For the sides of my jacket to sit together, parallel across my stomach so I can zip it up effortlessly. I can already zip it up, but there's like a two inch gap. To get over my bronchitis and get into the gym!8

Loose 4kg in 35 days from now, I’m breastfeeding mom and gained about 12 kg in pregnanc🥹5

Mini goals for this week: Stay under calorie goals for whole week, log for whole week, stick to my eating goal for the week. I took something of a hiatus. Gained about 15 pounds back but that was over several months of high stress so I am actually not too displeased. So, those mini goals will help me get back on track!7

Current mini goaL is to be healthier for my Japan trip in the spring.
lol right? But yes, I'm working a two-phase goal of the same kind. South Carolina in November, then
Costa Rica in November 2024.
I want to be able to explore and have the health and energy to enjoy myself.
18 lbs down so far (a loooong way to go lol, but I'm okay with that).7 -

1. To be able to keep up with with my son when he starts running around at the park (he's 4 months)
2. To have my wedding/engagement ring fit again lol
Good goals. Be kind to yourself - your body has just done some amazing stuff. You'll get there!9 -

Starting weight on September 1st: 155.6
This morning I weighed in at 154.0! On track to meet my goal 😀
Update: 152.0! Getting there! Even if I don't hit my goal, I've made a heck of an effort this month and am developing healthly habits that are sticking19 -
To lose 10lbs before my trip to Seattle in December, I think I can, I think I can, I know I can (if I keep to my calorie goal & keep up the extra exercise).14

I’m still working on getting my BMI below 40. Currently at 41.1, down from 48 at the end of June. I first posted about this back in August, but at this point I only have 7 lbs to go, so it’s actually a mini goal now
@jaded989 Yes you totally can!17 -
I am headed to Mexico for my first time in exactly one month!10

To manage dinner from Lou Malnati’s with my relatives when I visit them in Chicago next week without breaking the calorie bank. This might have to involve thin-crust, and there definitely will be pushback against that from my deep-dish-loving fam (to be fair, I also love deep-dish despite my years in NYC). Wish me luck!6

Trying to fit back into my kilt12

Just now my mini-goal is to get to my "Whoosh." I know it's coming, I've been at or under calorie goal for nearly two weeks and apart from an initial loss my weight has been holding steady. So I know some weight has got to drop soon and I'm looking forward to it. It's so much easier to restrict calories when I see changes on the scale!15

Had a mini goal to be able to wear a cute Halloween scrub top in October, it was a little tight in the arms. Just tried it on and it feels more comfortable, yay! Now goal is to comfortably wear my next size down scrub pants. Getting close!12

@Sand_TIger Hang in there! I had a 2-week weight stall both in August and September, and it definitely gets a bit un-fun as time goes on... but the weight is coming off again now and I'm sure yours will, too. Kudos to you for being patient and sticking to your calorie goal.6

Thanks! It will. I've done this before and I know how it goes - I'm feeling differences in my body already and I'm pretty sure a lot of the weight I'm retaining is ummmmm... the result of eating enough fiber again. LOL3 -

Good luck! And thanks for introducing me to this company, I just watched all of the ingredient videos and I just might have to visit someday. Marc Malnati is so endearing in his pizza enthusiasm3 -
Get below 108kg and back on track after 3 bad days5

Complete! Yay!!! My stomach is slowly but steadily getting rid of the mama pouch. New mini goal --- repeat the same 30 day program. Looking forward to seeing what another 30 days difference can make. But I've got to stick to this mini goal!7 -
First mini goal is to get below 70kg. Currently 76kg. I know MFP works really well for me, but I wasn't prepared to commit to it until now. I'm feeling positive!3

Lose 2.5 more pounds. Will then be at my February 2011 weight and will have lost 10% of my body weight.4

You're welcome! (If you're in the States, they do deliver.) His "feud" with Jon Stewart is pretty hilarious.3 -
"Hoping for 185 by the end of the month!"
Well, it is the end of September, and I gained a pound to 191.4, but I am just glad I didn't go crazy. It was a rough work month and I think I did well considering. My next goal is to have a successful 8-week challenge. It starts in a week, and I would like to be in the 170s by the end.8 -

Currently 168 lbs down from 183 lbs. When I reach 163 lbs that will be 20 lbs down!!12 -
It would be nice to lose 5 lbs by November because I'm going on a girl's weekend trip with a bunch of ladies I haven't seen since before I had my kids.14

I'm focusing on 5 pound mini-goals. It takes me about 3 months to lose 5 pounds. I'd love to make that goal by the holidays.15

I'm wearing a size 12. They're too tight in the middle. I wish they weren't. Soon!11

I'm really close to fitting in my old winter coat again. Hopefully I get to wear it this season!10

36 days and 11.4 lbs lost since I first wore my size 18 jeans out in public. Still working on fitting back into the size 16... to be continued!
I'd also like to work on improving my cholesterol levels, and specifically raising my HDL and lowering my LDL. My cholesterol has actually come down from 233mg/dL in 2020, and 221mg/dL in 2022, to 199mg/dL now (which is exactly at the upper end of normal). So I'm happy with that because it is now considered normal, but I'd still like the value to be more firmly in the normal range.
LDL is supposed to be below 99mg/dL; it was 161mg/dL in 2022 (ouch!) and is now 141mg/dL -- much better already, but still far too high. Meanwhile my HDL was previously normal, and is now too low (45/46mg/dL in 2020/2022, and now 34mg/dL... should be above 40mg/dL). Not sure why this is happening, since all other values are going in the right direction. From everything I've read so far, I seem to be doing everything right, so I'm not sure why the HDL is going the wrong way. So... time to learn some new information.9 -
I just want to feel better.15

Going on a cruise in Jan. and will need to buy and wear a nice dress. Haven’t worn one in years.9
