IF shows up as an option on the phone app, but it requires the paid account to access it. I just use a different companies free app to track my IF. Not ideal, but it works. This is my first attempt at a cauliflower crust pizza. It was OK, but not amazing. The crust held together fairly well, but didn’t for me into thinking it was a regular pizza crust!

5.5 mile walk. Not as impressive as most of what you did recently, but it was great to get outside in the sunshine.
