All the time... If I cook then I add the total calories for entire recipe and break it down into servings. Most times it's a pain (especially for soups, casseroles, dips etc) most days it's simple. Protein veg and a small carb portion. Mostly protein and veg. Dairy eats into my calories HARD so I have sadly cut way back onβ¦

High knees are high!!! I was so happy when my hip flexors weren't hurting when stepping out of the shower and lifting a legs to dry off. Sounds dumb but those hip flexor suffered during my pregnancy and now I can get off the floor without pushing off of my leg. I just pop right up. I'd like to thank mountain climbers andβ¦
