  • @lizzybella22 I don’t understand why you don’t consider a 2lb loss great progress. If that was me I’d be doing a happy dance. I’m so used to seeing a .4-.6 weight loss each week I was thrilled with a loss of a whole lb this morning.
  • AnnPT77 and alteredsteve175 thanks for the encouraging words. I do weigh myself daily and my scale keeps track of the daily increase or decrease. But I’m going to look into those apps. Thanks again.
  • Yoolypr, love your last post! I needed that today. After a week of faithfulness I only lost 0.4lb. Needless to say I was very disheartened. Hopefully next week will be better.

My gastroenterologist had me following the FODMAP diet. I lost 30 lbs and felt great. I was also doing Pilates. Then I broke my wrist and things started to go down…

  • I’ve found my people! This is the group I was looking for. I’m not really sure how it happened but I turned 66 in September. It seems like I was just in my 30s. I’ve been using MFP on and off for several years. I decided to recommit myself to lose the weight I need to lose once and for all. Due to returning to school,…
