Hi- started 3 days ago on 1200 calories per day. It’s not hard as I’m intermittent fasting but I’ll admit doing both calorie counting and Intermittent is a LOT of thinking. I too am confused by carbs/fat/protein as it keeps saying I need more carbs which I thought weren’t good for you. I still exercise a lot but wondering…
