@neanderthin no, I am not saying that an individual with “less muscle” would t qualify. A “great physique”, basically what many aspire to have, muscle development with definition. And yes, this usually includes the ability to see one’s abs. I completely agree about achieving a great physique (appearance wise) with…

I would definitely get a coach, one who has actually competed several times too! As others have said, there’s a lot of regular gym rats abs gym goers but it’s like with anything else, you look for the techs and those with specialty skills for your specific needs. I am currently with a coach who’s been training me to…

Takes me 5 mins everyday to log what I’ve eaten. This is also because I eat basically the same foods every single day for about a week then switch a couple foods up for the following week. Boring? Yes Does it work? Absolutely When you eat the same foods everyday, go to search foods and what you’ve previously had in your…

I NEVER go based off of “calories remaining”. I stick to my daily caloric intake every single day regardless of how many “calories you’ve burned”. I made the mistake of saying “oh look, I can eat more now!” Kept me in a bad cycle of no progress for a long time. KISS 😉

Eat at a slight caloric deficit over a long period of time. Also, lift weights with intensity to preserve/build muscle during the process. Fasted cardio along with fat burners can assist the stubborn areas

Am I in the right place?

@Nossmf I like your approach. And yes, i noticed a lot of condescending vibes as well; however, I’m not gonna add fuel to the fire because at the end of the day, results will ALWAYS speak louder than words 💪🏼

Sorry if I wasn’t clear! I myself will eat the same meals everyday, but will typically rotate food groups (mainly fats and carbs) every week or two. Whilst, staying within my caloric and macro means. 😃

Hello! Where are you at now and is there a specific reason why you want to “ gain weight”? Is it muscle?

Hi Madison! What are your goals?

Hi belle! I just got into bodybuilding myself! Will be competing March 2023. Wish you the best! 💪🏼

1 month of progress following what I stated on my previous comment. However, I did not cheat once! Consistency and patience will always win! 💪🏼

40-60 mins of fasted cardio every morning with a fat burner of your choice. LISS. Slow state, no need to get you ur heart rate up to 180 or anything like that. Biggest factors will be a slight caloric deficit while still being INTENSE, with your workouts. Oh, and workout 5 days a week. On top of your morning fasted cardio.…

Do you track your calories?

Maybe it’s a priority thing? The coach I have, I speak with every day, I have been with him for 7 weeks now. Any question I have, he answers right away. However, I’m competing come March so maybe that’s the difference? I do know he has other clients, but he has made it clear that he won’t train people who aren’t serious.…
