@Diddly_Squats Thank you! I realized I achieved one of my lifetime milestones when I hit that weight at that bf% 😅 Still putting on size! Looking forward to the next cut 💪🏼

About how long into your workouts do you crash?
-
@nossmf Thank you! Yes, accountability works!
-
@nossmf A big indicator of whether or not you are gaining muscle, is your work load capacity. Are your lifts increasing? Are you doing more reps? Can you do more sets now with more weight? Keep track of your weight, 4-5 times a week, take the average, and there’s your number for the week. Adjust calories accordingly.

Lol bruh don’t lie to yourself. Everyone who gets shredded is afraid to get fat again 😂
-
it really depends on one’s goals. If you want to become strong AF. Then you’ll be eating more than “a shake a day”. More like, 2-3 cheeseburgers extra a day. Now if your goal is to remain super shredded because of body dysmorphia while bulking? Then eat an extra apple or shake a day for the rest of your life to sloooooowly…

My bad, I meant .005, .25%-.5% of my BW. So yes, roughly 20lbs in 22 weeks in a perfect environment of course; however, I just found out I can’t do that at 3500cal/day. Time to eat more! Perks of starting out super lean.
-
I bulk and cut all day. Most optimal way to build muscle. As the previous poster mentioned. Most are ignorant to the fact that a true “bulk” means, gaining something like .5lbs-1lbs of BW per week over the span of 8-12 weeks. But hey, to each their own
-
@tomcustombuilder You must not people watch at the gym as much as I do. Most in the gym have no idea what’s going on 😂
-
@claireychn074 lol, this dude was not promoting the use of it. He simply stated he’s gonna start bulking while on TRT. Guilty? Of what? Guilt is a form of regret. I’ll be the first to admit I’ve tried it before 😉 lmk if you’re interested 😂 (oops, gonna have to delete this thread now huh?) oh well.

Better sex drive and better stamina everywhere in life

Wow girl your calories seem extremely low. What is your current weight and your goal weight?
-
Picture?
-
Can’t gain weight? Drink your calories. Add add a cup of orange juice to every meal and see what happens after two weeks
-
Losing 16 lbs of bf? You’re looking at a good 8 month journey for sustainability, along with resistance training of course and a couple of maintenance weeks to being your body back to homeostasis
-
Here you go: 3 days a week, M,W,F Full body 2 working sets per muscle group Rep ranges between 5-30. Barbell movements 5-10 reps Isolated movements 10-30 reps, feel the stretch and burn. Don’t go until failure, keep 3 RIR, then reduce to 2 then 1, with the following weeks. Go all out on your 4th week. Deload for a week,…
-
Just don’t do it, either cut or mass
-
Make sure you don’t bulk unless you’re in the 13%-15% bf range. Leaner is better, but not below 10%
-
The one you can adhere to
-
So take all your weights, and lift them at 1/3 of the normal amount for two days. Rest a day, and on the final two days, cut your sets by 2/3, but keep the weight as usual.
-
Wait till you’re older than 25 with 10 years of natural lifting under your belt, including proper dieting exercise and rest, before revisiting the topic of pharma
-
@ninerbuff Guarantee the majority was not “muscle”
-
What are your stats?
-
Started my bulk 2 weeks ago after my show which was 4 weeks ago. Protein 1g per lb Fats .3 x BW Carbs 360-400g depending on work days Goal weight: 192 in 12 weeks. My average weight gain has been .5lbs a week, which is my current goal. Will be doing this for a total of 12 weeks, reasses my physique, and decide if I want to…

Leave, that trainer doesn’t care about his clients

@claireychn074 Judge Much?
-
No need for cardio. Walk 10k steps a day. Eat at a caloric deficit. If you plateau, choose to cut calories a little or do a little cardio. Continue to lift 3-4 times a week if your a beginner, full body workouts.
-
Hi there 👋 What are your goals?
-
Why do you exercise 3 hours a day? Track what you eat for 2 weeks, count the calories, then increase or decrease according to your goals. KISS
-
Btw what you’re experiencing is a want of auto regulation. Which is great, but you still have to keep track of the parts you are working on any given day.
