Keeping track is a must, especially for intermediate lifters as you claim to be. Part of the beginner process is finding an easy way to keep track of weekly progress. Hey I’m gonna rebuild the engine today, ain’t really keel track of what I’m doing, just gonna wing it and work on the parts that I FEEL needs to be done.…

Yes I enjoy secs more than any other exercise. On a serious note, anything that blows up my shoulders and that is typically OHP as well

@tigrig i say don’t do it unless youre 100% set on setting foot on stage. Definitely wasn’t a joke last couple weeks of prep lol. But you’ve got some nice weight on you! I will say, can’t truly know your weak points until you are sub 10% bf 🤷🏽♂️

For me, even when I was snacking on “small amounts” of junk food, i was getting nowhere near what I wanted my physique to look like. It wasn’t until I told my-SELF, “hey, you’re going to compete in your first show ever! Get your…

Don’t do no carbs. 4000 calories seems like a lot (even for your height) Do fasted cardio every morning, then gym session on the evening 5 days a week. Do a bodybuilders split, focus on machines and dumbbells. A lot of reps and medium to low weight. Make sure you’re losing 1-2lbs a week while getting stronger on your…

Nothing.too many variations to keep track accurately

I don’t recommend stronglifts at all. It’s a great program for strength training and maybe an Over all solid foundation, however it can be extremely taxing on your mind and body because of it requiring such a dramatic amount of compound movements. This will be very difficult to stay consistent with whilst retaining muscle…

Yes, you will lose muscle if you stop doing resistance training. If you don’t use it, you lose it.
