Over analyzing of women’s bodies you say? Do you not realize 1 in 4 men are virgins? Women are waaaaay more analytical when Jr comes to judging a man’s body than men are when it comes to judging females. Men get what they can. Women get what they want.

Personally for me, between 15%-30% is what I like.

I DESPISE working night shift. It’s not natural at all. But, when I used to work nights, I would sleep after getting home, and end up going to the gym midday, before my shift. Which can be a good thing only because gyms are typically empty at that time. Hoping you the best!

Good free sources? Probably not. You seem to know already that you need to be in a deficit to lose bf, so no need to point that out. Simply be in a deficit, lift 4-5 days a week if possible, and check weight/ progress photo every week. Adjust calories from there.

If you’re goal is to lose body fat, keep protein intake high, to spare muscle atrophy. If your goal is to put on muscle, you can drop your intake to your body weight in grams.

Yes, micronutrients help your body perform better. Think of it like a vehicle. Sure the motor Jan’s tranny are strong, but how is the air filter? The oil levels? Tranny fluid? How about making sure there’s no tiny leaks in your system? Can a watch perform well if it’s missing even the slightest cog?

Been eating 300g of protein everyday for the last couple weeks. Split meals up to where you’re basically eating every 2-3 hours. Yes your stomach will probably expand a little, so make sure you are exercising accordingly. I drink 2 gallons of water a day (which may be helping 🤷🏽♂️) I also consume a ton of supplements…

That’s more work than it’s worth. Choose a weight loss goal per week. Tracking calories accordingly. Check weight every week. Adjust calories accordingly. Never eat “calories burned” Keep it simple and be PATIENT
