I think it helped me to accept that the path was going to be hard and visualizing myself being consistent through 3 months at least straight

Letting go of sugar feels like *kitten* (I'm on it!), so do it gradually because otherwise you will bounce. This week you buy 5 cran grape juices, the next week 4 and so on. Replace with walnuts or diet juices. The key is consistency so keep it up!
