  • HI... Just signed up on MFP... I live on an island in Canada... Thought this (MFP) may be a good place to help achieve my weight-loss goals, in time for spring... Winter Solstice wil be in a few days, marking the return of the sun, (to this part of the world, anyways)... Hopefully (Spring) will find me a few pounds…
