29 Calories are for one slice of Salami that weighs 7oz. But everyone cuts it at different thicknesses. So make sure you weight it before dehydrating it.

On and off, at my heaviest I was 320. (That was several years ago). Now i'm 247 and going down. I think it's quite normal to start and stop several times.

IMHO Don't over do it. Once a day is great! If you do exercises more then once and get exhausted you will be less likely to do it the next day. I do 43 minutes on my Nustep (recumbent bike) everyday. Why such a weird time? That's how long an episode of the show I am watching is. I set a personal rule that I can only watch…

For me, i'm 50 and knees hurt, blood sugar A1C was high.. So I decided to do this again: working out daily + low carb / no sugar. Been a streak of 25 days (so just starting again) but getting great results! I did this a year ago but fell off the wagon, time to run and chase that wagon so I can hitch a ride.
