I just had chicken tenderloin and shrimp tossed in Greek seasoning and shallow fried with a delicious Greek salad (romaine, cucumber, red onion, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives and feta cheese a in a lemon garlic dressing. I'm stuffed!!6

On night shift and just had a home made broccoli, carrot and cabbage herb blended soup with diced cooked chicken breast - perfect low carb comfort food1

Google Cambodian beef lok lak. I don't miss skipping the optional rice but usually add the optional fried egg.

Google tagliata di manza. It's rucola salad with rare sliced steak on top and shavings of parmesan. I order this in an Italian restaurant if I don't want a carb heavy main like pasta or risotto.1

Some things I eat, I try to maintain less then 30 carbs per day.
Breakfast suggestions:
Bacon and Eggs
Chia Pudding
I skip lunch
Dinner suggestions:
Marinated chicken and Broccoli w/ Velveeta
Pulled pork
Steak w/ Zucchini with shredded cheese
Spaghetti Squash w/ Broccoli,Velveeta, and Garlic
Snack suggestions:
Pistachios
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds w/ Cinnamon
Beef Jerky
Shrimp w/ Garlic,Butter and olive oil dipping sauce
Carb friendly great finds:
G Hughes BBQ sauce
N!cks ice cream (for a treat every once in a while)

Last night I made baked chicken enchiladas for 9.7 carbs.
I used a medium sized casserole dish, the one smaller than a 9×13. Then I covered the bottom with chopped cooked chicken, broke up 1 low carb wrap (I used extreme wellness) and scattered on top of chicken. Next I covered with a can of red enchilada sauce and then sprinkled cheese on top. Bake in oven or microwave until cheese is melted. It made 6 servings. I ate it with a salad.1 -
Pinterest and TikTok has been HUGE in helping me find low carb meals and snacks.
So far, a few of my favs are ;
Big Mac burger bowls
BBQ chicken skillet meal
BBQ chicken pizza (low carb tortilla)
CHAFFLES !!!! SOOOO many recipes savory and sweet
Chicken bacon ranch casserole
I'm just getting back into low carb (I'm not doing keto bc it triggers my binges)
Some simple lunch ideas I do is
Lunch meat, cheese, pickle roll it up
A low carb tortilla with light mayo OR cream cheese, lettuce, cheese, chicken or lunch meat
Snacks
Bell peppers with laughing cow wedge OR cottage cheese OR hummus
Cottage cheese by itself
Sunflower seeds, I've always been addicted to them lmao
Kind bars
Cheese sticks
