Hi, I am 18 months post op and at a stand still. I still have a lot of restriction but I’ve started to eat slider foods. I’m still under the aftercare team and they advised this app to start tracking again. So far I have lost 7st, gained a few pounds recently but would still like to loose another 4 st.

Hi I am 18 months post sleeve. So far I have lost over 7 st and the weight loss is getting harder now, hence joining this app. I gave another 4 st to loose, hopefully within the next 12 months.
