Hi, my name is Debbie. I am a 50 year old wife and mom of two girls and two dogs. I am seeking Friends to help keep me on track. Weight loss has been a life long problem and I don't have great focus anymore. I am regaining three years after gastric sleeve surgery.

    Hi, I am 18 months post op and at a stand still. I still have a lot of restriction but I’ve started to eat slider foods. I’m still under the aftercare team and they advised this app to start tracking again. So far I have lost 7st, gained a few pounds recently but would still like to loose another 4 st.
